Club Lotto Update
There was no winner of this week’s club lotto.
The next draw takes place on Tuesday, 10th June 2025, with a jackpot of €4,500 up for grabs.
Tickets are €2 each and can be purchased online or from our usual sellers. Deadline for online entries is 7 PM on the day of the draw.
U9 Hurling Blitz
Our U9 hurlers were out bright and early on Saturday morning for a fantastic blitz.
They faced Moyle Rovers, St Mary’s, and Ballybacon Grange, with great hurling, fantastic skills on show, and plenty of smiles all round.
A special mention to Thiago, who made his first appearance in a Davin jersey. Great to have you on board, Thiago!
Super effort from all the boys. They are improving every week, and their hard work is really showing.
Junior B Football
Our Junior B footballers took on Clonmel Óg in Kilsheelan.
The Davins put in a strong performance, running out 2-14 to 0-8 winners.
Well done to all involved.
Ground Development Underway
We are proud to announce that we have officially broken ground on our Ground Development Plan.
We started with our traffic management system upgrade by clearing an area at the Suir end bank, joining both sides of the field.
This new road now creates a safe, one-way, single-entry system, linking our 3 in-ground car parks and allowing us to safely host large crowds.
It also provides easier access to the Tracey Park side Away Team dressing rooms.
Thanks to the Sports Capital Grant, we have also broken ground on our new juvenile/training field, with the option to further develop floodlighting in future.
It will feature state-of-the-art drainage, ensuring it remains playable year-round for our Juvenile teams.
In addition, we will be removing part of the town side bank to give us the option to further develop a terrace in future phases.
This is a very exciting time for the club as we continue to invest in the future of Páirc Daiṁín.
Juvenile Academy
Our Academy returns to the Astro this Wednesday at 6:15 PM.
New members of all abilities and experience are always welcome.
Oasis Fundraising Raffle
Our Oasis raffle is still going strong.
We’re raffling two pitch-standing tickets for Oasis live at Croke Park on Saturday, 16th August 2025.
These tickets are completely sold out, so don’t miss your chance.
