Carrick Davins Club Notes 20/03/2023

Our Intermediates started off their county hurling league with a fantastic win Sunday afternoon against Cappawhite. It was a tight game throughout in rough conditions, with the final score Carrick Davins 2-17 Cappawhite 0-20.

Our U13 footballers were up against Carrick Swan on Sunday morning. There was a great atmosphere around the Davin Park with local supporters on both sides out to encourage the players. Davins came out on top after a thrilling game.

Well done to all the players and their mentors.

We would like to say a massive thank you to all of our members who joined us in the St Patrick’s Day Parade. The weather certainly didn’t dampen anyone spirit!

Congratulations to our U15 and U17 players, David and Kola, along with their teammates in Comeragh College on winning the U15 Munster Football Final last Thursday.

Our juvenile academy takes place every Monday at 6.30pm for 4-7 year old boys and girls. Learn football and hurling basics through fun and games with our experienced, friendly coaches.

2023 membership is now due for all members. Non player membership and family membership options are also available. Payments to be made through Clubzap please.
